Classes are 45 minutes in length which will include warm-up, workout and stretching. Equipment used during classes, but not limited to: Stability Balls, Medicine balls, Versa Bands, Body Bars, Free Weights, BOSUs, Steppers, Balance Pods, Rollers,Kettlebells, and Jump Ropes.
All fitness levels are welcome, if you have a group of individuals that are new to fitness and would like to arrange some private classes we would be more than happy to work with you on setting up class times. Anyone is welcome to join in on the classes we will modify workouts until you are comfortable to move up to your next fitness level.
Current Classes:
Interval Classes: Intervals are great for both cardiovascular and resistance training, the main purpose with intervals is to have bursts of high intensity periods followed by active recover this keeps our heart rate elevated so we can burn more calories.
Circuit Classes: Are full body workouts incorporating each major muscle group of our body and cardio all in one. Circuits can be done by moving from station to station to work each muscle group or mini circuits throughout a workout, moving from one muscle group to the next.
Full Body Resistance: Is working all major muscle groups head to toe with a variety of different equipment such as: versa bands (elastic tubing), body bars, stability balls, medicine balls, dumbbells and more…
Abs/Core/Flexibility and More: This class is for our whole core region front and back, we work abs using a variety of different equipment, we work our back core region and I incorporate deep flexibility and balance work into this workout.
SWEAT Classes: High intensity / high impact with very minimal modifications. These are advanced and faster paced.
Cross Training / Boot Camp: Boot camps are taking the fun of exercise classes in or outdoors and gearing the workouts up to the next level. Incorporated in boot camp is individual, group and partner exercises; using a variety of different equipment, tires/suspension trainers/sandbags and more. (Seasonal – Spring and Summer months only)
Kettlebells: All who are interested must take the Intro class at least once. There are unique lifts and we want you to learn the correct way to perform them so you avoid injury. If you have some experience with kettlebells or once you've taken the Intro class, then we will take it up a notch in the Intermediate class to use those moves & lifts to torch some calories, build some strength and sweat like crazy!
Cardio: No worries on knowledge of fancy choreographed cardio workouts, we make these fun and challenging for any who chose to take them using a variety of equipment or no equipment at all.
Rope: No worries here on tripping on ropes, using ropeless jump ropes is a fun way to torch those calories.

Special Considerations:
- Drop in classes that are not in the 8 or unlimited will be $12.00/class.
- Outdoor/X-Training/ Boot Camp sessions are specialty classes and price packages vary, if interested in personal training please request price information on training packages.
